Market Snapshot is an incredible tool for BOTH buyers and sellers. It can be used as a tool to guide a seller on how to price their home according to market conditions or if you simply want to know what's going on in the neighborhood. These reports are LIVE from the same MLS the Realtors use everyday to do their market research. The Market Snapshot provides an overview of the neighborhood (of YOUR choice) and lets you see all currently active listings as well and recently sold properties. Basically, if you take all of the property flyers that you get in your mailbox in a 3 month period, you would have some of the content Market Snapshot provides.

Asking Prices and Sold Prices – As a home owner I feel it is important to know how much homes around my neighborhood are being listed at and what they are selling for. Why? For me, I can get an idea of what my house is worth based off of similar homes in my immediate area and to see what the values are of homes that are not similar in style. Do they sell faster. The best part about the Market Snapshot is that is uses real time data so I know it is providing accurate and recent data versus outdated data that I may find on the internet.
